Toqué! is now part of Les Grandes Tables du Monde

This latest, new accolade takes effect in January 2014. The association has 158 members in 22 countries on four continents. All are committed to the defence of values such as the passion for flavour, the defence of heritage, and an innate sense of the art of living. This elite association requires the new member must be sponsored by three active members and must have earned two Michelin stars or another equivalent rating in their country for at least three years. Toqué! Restaurant has been a Five-Diamond Award property since 2005 (only three restaurants in Québec feature this rating) and Chef Laprise has enjoyed the status of Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux since 2006.
